In the town of Ketchum, next to Trail Creek, an easy walk to all the shops, restaurants and services Ketchum as well as the area-wide free bus system. This is a spacious tri-level 2,800 square foot condominium with ground level entry that is ideal for large groups and has a warm and cozy atmosphere. It has everything: comfort, character, amenities and underwent a partial remodel in December of 2006 that includes new paint, carpet, hardwood floors, stone tiled bath floors and new bath counters. It is situated next to Trail Creek and is convenient to the downtown shops and restaurants. This property has a state-of-the-art hot tub built into a special spot between the second and third floors offering views of Dollar Mountain. There is a sauna as well as wireless high-speed Internet access. The Master bedroom is located on the ground floor and has a King size bed, 17 inch TV/VCR, wood burning fireplace and en-suite bath that includes a sunken tub and separate shower. The second bedroom is also on the ground floor with a Double bed and uses the full bath located off the hallway. This level also includes a full size washer and dryer as well as the sauna. On the second level you will find the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. There are 2 decks on this level. There is a deck off the dining area with access to the private outdoor hot tub is at the top of the stairs. The living room has a 32" flat-screen TV/DVD, a wood burning fireplace and is spacious. The dining area is directly adjacent to the living area and across from the kitchen. The dining table seats 8 with additional seating for 6 at the breakfast bar. There is a small breakfast nook in the kitchen with a small table and seating for 2. The big kitchen/dining area will accommodate a large group with equipment adequate for the big sleeping capacity. The third bedroom is located on this level and has a Double bed and one set of bunk beds as well as its own bath with shower. The third floor has the fourth and fifth bedrooms. The fourth bedroom has a double bed and the fifth bedroom has two Queen Beds. The bedrooms share a full bath that includes sunken tub and separate shower.

Check-in is at 200 West River St, located at the corner of Second Ave. and River St. in the Camas building. Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM. Minimum age required for check-in is 25. If you arrive outside of these hours there is a late arrival security box where you can pick up your information. Visit the town beloved by Ernest Hemingway and stroll through its leafy, tree-lined streets or spend a quiet evening on its rivers. Ketchum is also a delight for adventurers- offering world-renowned skiing during wintertime and fishing, hiking and trail riding during spring and summer times.
