The service was horrible. At that time my dad was sick, and all of our family stayed at the Best Western. Each one of us had a horrible experience. It was nasty, the owner was not friendly at all. When dad passed away, we told the guy that we had a funeral to go to. And when we checked out he charged us for an overstay. We stayed there for 15 days and he didn't tell us he was going to charge us, until we got home and looked at our bank account. We were 2 hours late in checking out. It was not pleasant at all.
