I was booked in the tradewinds for 10 nights in may of 2008 to have the wedding of my dreams tradewinds ruid it rude staff could'nt care less all boiled down to money there was another wedding later that day mine was 3pm the other wedding i was told was at 6pm all they were interested in was the other wedding at 6pm all there chairs for there wedding about 100 were set up at the gazebo i was only having my parents and our son the other couples name on the gazebo when i complained and explained i was told well at the end of the day your only having a virgin wedding you did'nt book with the hotel you booked with virgin holidays i explained at the end of the day it was my wedding day too i was then told that the other couple have spent $20,000 i could'nt care less so what money talks told again well your only having a virgin wedding what a insult how rude!!! should not matter how much you spent my whole month away and wedding came to £13'000 but i did'nt broadcast it and am sure the other couple would not be happy that the tradewinds going around telling people what they paid for there wedding well all i can say is she did'nt get alot for her money we got treated like we were not good enough to stay at there hotel we would have been made more welcomed at bates motel or a trailer park.........never again think twice three four what ever before you stay they even gave us out of date food in a gift basket that was to be a sorry gift how embrassing nuts out of date popcorn out of date and balieys out of date by over a year yuk yuk and people pay for this treatment if you want a great place to stay try the chesapeake resort down in the keys heaven on earth thats a 10/10
