Having traveled to 32 countries and almost every state in the U.S.....we have stayed at alot of hotels. We questioned this one due to the low rate we got through a package deal with Expedia.

Upon our arrival...all of our fears were put to rest. The hotel has a great location that is easy to get to, It is spotless inside and out, and the rooms are large and well layed out.

The thing that makes this the best hotel we have stayed at is the" STAFF" . The entire staff of this hotel could get together and write the book on customer service. They are quick to greet you each time you arrive and always the 1st to tell you to have a great day as you leave each day. We requested and watched as others requested ..numerous things from the staff and "NEVER" did we hear the word"NO" or " I'm sorry but"......they were always bending over backward to make sure your stay was a good one. They would suggest places to see,things to do,and great places to eat, and always had pre-printed directions for you to follow to assure you made it to where you wanted to be with the least hassle.

If you plan to stay in the Colorado Springs area......this hotel should be your 1st choice due to spotless room with sitting area,small kitchen, a great shower head in the large bath,and with the best staff you will ever have. You may find hotels with spa treatments and other stuff at alot more money but you will not find better service no matter what price you pay.

We stayed for a weekend in this hotel. The staff was very courteous. The hotel was clean.

Apparently, they are in the middle of a remodel and will be ranked 4 - 4.5 star after the remodel is complete. But this did not impact the clients at all. They have a great breakfast buffet in the mornings.

Our room was not ready when we arrived so they put us up in two different rooms and the other two people I was traveling with had an uncomfortable bed. The staff made it up to us the next day with better accommodations and took some off our bill. It was not a pleasant experience but we were satisfied with the way they handled it.
