49 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We had previously stayed here for a weekend and were quite pleased with the experience. We had a two bedroom suite. We were so pleased in fact, that when we needed to find a place to stay for a week we booked a studio. When we checked in we were told that our room was only going to be serviced three times during our stay. We found this quite a shock as we have traveled all over the world and have stayed in all types of accommodations and have always had daily room service (beds made and fresh towels.) As we could not find another place to stay for a week we accepted this unfortunate circumstance and checked in. The cleaning people showed up on Tuesday. On Thursday we were in our room all day, working. We had the "Please service room later" magnet on the door. We were never serviced at all. When we complained to the management, we were told, " you were in your room all day and you missed your chance." She will be back on Saturday. We found a lack of customer service, and disrespect. Our oven did not work when we moved in. The community grill outside was disgusting. When we complained about the policy of not having our room serviced every day the answer we got was, "we have 98 rooms with some people staying 60 days. Do you expect us to make everyone's bed every day?" For $140 a night. YES!

The TownePlace Suites hotel is a good value for the money. They have lots of space, a complete kitchen and free breakfast always available. The hotel has a good location close to the interstate highway and easy to find.
