This place is a complete run-down dump but I wasn't going to write a review until I discovered (20 days later) that they charged my credit card an additional $135 dollars without notifcation, authorization or explanation. They since claim the check out clerk erred when calculating the new rate for early check-out. Not my problem. When I checked out the clerk advised that the new rate would be $99 and this is the amount on my receipt. I checked out early because the internet service wasn't working for 2 of the 3 nites I did tolerate the hotel. However, the place also hasn't seen a bucket of soapy water or fresh paint since the 1980's. If you cannot find another extended stay facility in the downtown area, you're better served to choose a hotel by the airport or Mall of America. It's a short, easy train ride into the city.

Excellent
Pleasantly surprised with the location and the quiet spacious rooms. We used the great parking and then walked along the river, walked to nearby restaurants, and enjoyed the area.
