Convenient to LAX rental cars. Plenty of room, full kitchen, convenient to freeway and LAX, technically in Manhattan Beach but 3 miles from the beach, not a pretty area but very convenient. Very clean with friendly staff, as usual with Marriott.

Convenient location.Funny smell in room. Clean and attractive room, funny smell though. The Metrolink line runs next to hotel so it was a bit noisy. A very convenient location next to shopping center and restaurants. Adequate for a short biz trip.

51 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
On our first night there, we were put into two rooms on different floors instead of the two bedroom suite we had booked. We were not told at the outset and this was very upsetting since our family had to be split up. In the morning, the manager on duty did credit us so that we did not have to pay and assured us that when we returned in a few days to complete our stay that the two bedroom suite we had booked would be waiting for us. Upon our return, we were put into a two bedroom suite that was handicapped accessible. None of us is handicapped. The heating system was dusty and set off the smoke alarm, the shower stool in the bathroom was unsafe and broke and there was no tub. The kitchenette was fully stocked with dishes, tableware, glasses. There was a dishwasher, a stove and a refrigerator which made staying there much more comfortable. Nearby there were several restaurants, grocery stores and a drugstore. The easy access to the I-405 was a plus. Overall, this is a good value for the money. We had a pleasant stay once the errors made with our reservation on the first night were worked out.

to return to the TownePlace Suites Los Angeles LAX/Manhattan Beach.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

Very quiet - nice ambiance.Can't think of anything. This place has to be the best hotel for the price. Decor and hospitality of front desk clerks are top on our list.
