Free fruit.The staff being untruthful about repairs. The suite with kitchenette, including dishwasher, is great. But the bathtub that would not drain was offensive. The staff did promise to fix it, they never did, though they said they had. Nor did...

The overall staff was helpful and quickly to help and answer questions.There was nothing not to like about this hotel. It is a great place and the staff was very helpful and go out of their way to make sure everything is resolved quickly.

The environment was nicely secluded, the rooms were furnished with kitchen amenities, and the staff was awesome.The heating system didn't blast at full capacity. The hotel is incredibly comfortable and made my stay even more enjoyable.
