Horrible
During our visit the hotel was under construction, the halls and entry way was blocked by various material and no consideration was given to guest. We were not notified of this construction when we made reservations. In my opinion the hotel should...
36 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
We liked the girls & housekeeping. The jacuzzi was filthy & not working the first day. The fitness facility is ridiculous & out-dated. We were awakened at 1:00am due to some drunks burning butter in their frying pan & had to evacuate. My daughter had nightmares. They charge $75 non-refundable pet fee that is not posted & will try to charge you for time not spent if you opt to leave. Too much money for what is offered & the treatment we received.
