Town House Motel Chico

If you are only staying one night and care NOTHING about amenities, this is the place for you. No AM/FM alarm clock and no 24 hour desk service as advertised. Pool had algae problem. Floors never cleaned, walls filthy, cobwebs on ceiling, no hot water in bathroom, ants in bath and vanity area, always had to ask for enough towels, burned out light bulb over table, no new glasses left each day, beds not made, wastebaskets not emptied, wet/dirty washrags left in bathtub, asked for iron & ironing board on arrival and got a filthy, stained table-top board and old iron 3 days later after asking a second time. We will not be staying here again. Beware! Cancellation policy sucks!

The motel room was pretty good for the price we paid and the service was good, too. It is a good place for people who only want the basics.
