70 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
The guests in the next room were obnoxious, noisy and drunk all hours of the night and into the early morning. The staff did not follow up on our call and we have called repeatedly until they did. The food at the banquet was exceptional as it always was at this property.
There was a mix-up in the reservation and they went out of their way to correct this. The response from the staff after our complaint the next day was prompt.
