We stayed in room 809, and it was great! It looked just like the pictures the owner had emailed us, and clearly had been recently renovated, like we were told. Nice, full-size kitchen, and plenty of room for our family of four! Could not get a nicer room at this price, or even a little more. It was a last-minute deal, so I was very hesitant about booking, but was very pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Great view of the pool and ocean! I'd definitely stay there again, and do highly recommend it to others. Nice owners as well!

If you want to deal with rude people and no service stay here! I have never stayed in a place that is worse that this one. When we arrived to check in that was suppose to be at 4:00 they told us that our room was not ready. We drove around and waited for our room to get ready and did not get to check in until 7:00. Three hours later!! They told us that check in "Started" at 4:00 and that didn't mean it was guaranteed. I don't know about everyone else out there but I have never been told check in starts at a certain time and my room not be ready before then. The staff at the front desk did not seem to care about anything we had to say, and charged us $16 extra for every extra parking pass that we needed. I believe we should have been given those for free just for having to wait that long to get into our room. When we got to our room it was absolutely disgusting. They had not swept, there was sand all over the floor. We had to wear shoes the whole time. Our sheets felt like paper not to mention they were gross too. We were scared to even touch them. When we went to check out they were rude too. At check in we had to pay a $200 cash deposit, and when we checked out they told us that they could not give us cash back that they would mail it to us in 7 to 14 days. That is ridiculous. If we gave them cash for it then they should have given it back. Very Rude! I will never return!

The hotel staff here was so unfriendly I couldnt believe it...Upon arriving in our room we were supposed to be in a pool side room...however, our room was actually looking out into the parking lot... Our door did not lock when it shut...It could just be pushed open...when we informed the staff they told us that they would send maintenance up right away...we left three days later and no one ever came to fix the door...On top of all this when I complained about the view of the parking lot they told me I would have to pay an extra 20.00/night to upgrade to an ocean view room.... I pd 70.00 per night as it was and the ocean side rooms (that I was supposed to be in in the first place) were 75.00 night... It was ridiculous...the pictures on the site that I booked through were nothing like the actual hotel rooms....they made it look like it was twice as big and twice as nice than it really was....The toilet was dirty and I wouldnt even sit on it without putting toilet paper down first....And last but not least, I was given a parking ticket on my car for parking at the hotel I was staying in....When I went to the front desk about it she told me I was in violation for not having a parking pass....I was never given a parking pass...It was definetly the worse hotel I have ever stayed in...I will never return to this hotel or any of the hotels that are owned by the same ppl (sunbird,ect...)

I didn't like the fact that if you arrive after 5 pm you had to go to another site to get the key. It is a good place to stay at a good price. It is family friendly and a fun place to be for adults as well. I recommend staying here. We went two years in a row, we hope to go again this year.

It's a wonderful place to stay that is centrally located on the beach. The employees were kind and friendly.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They made our room honeymoon ready.
