Very helpful staff in finding a cigar shop open at 8:30 at night.Room decor was warmed-over Ramada. Great location close to the highway in a lovely little town with tons of restaurants. Quiet, comfortable. Lots of parking. Helpful staff.

Great location.Did not have kitchen. I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was clean, comfortable and the staff was friendly. The location was great, right downtown with convenient walking access to shopping, restaurants and parks.

A lovely, quiet, comfortable hotel within walking distance to wonderful cafes, shopping, and restaurants. There is a beautiful mountain view. Only 20 minutes from San Jose airport. We would definitely go again.

About 10 of my family stayed here for a members wedding at the Opera House. Karen at the front desk went way beyond to help us with all sorts of things we needed. The restaurant was very good especially the Sunday brunch. We had a nice large room....
49 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
This hotel does not state a time for cancellation only that "cancellation must be 24 hours prior to your arrival". Most hotels allow cancellation up until 6:00 pm. Due to a change in travel plans I called at 5:10 pm the day prior to our planned arrival, and was told that the room needed to be cancelled by 3 pm that day to avoid a charge. The staff was very unaccomodating. I am astounded that a hotel of such a caliber would have such an obtuse cancellation policy. There are many nice hotels to stay at. My advice is to find one that wants to keep customers happy. We travel quite frequently and will not be taking our business to the Toll House. The message is clear: screw the client over any way possible.

First time I stayed: room was quiet, had refrigerator and microwave. No coffee the last day.
Second time: a throbbing noise all night long; no frig, no microwave. Two coffee packs the last day.

Rooms well maintained, quiet, nice amenities in the rooms. Many rooms have balconies or pleasant views. Signature cookies every evening are better than your Mom's. Happening bar and upscale but way overpriced restaurant are perfect for...
