The harsh reviews almost scared me off, but the hotel was very nice. Our room was clean and well appointed, but the place is showing some signs of wear. Extremely comfortable bed, Herman Miller desk chair, great view, posh lobby and upscale...

We enjoyed staying at the Wyndham. We had an awesome view right on the river. The Toledo Mud Hens were playing our first night and we watched the fireworks from our room. There was a Blues festival going on at a park one block away. Restaurants...
