The hotel is one of the Tokyo Disney Resort Good Neighbour Hotels, which provides free shuttle bus services to and from Tokyo Disney Resorts(Reservation in advance required). (1005YS) The 24-storey, modern concrete building is designed in light brown with a noticeable signboard of the hotel name in English on the side of the building. It is also a part of shopping complex called Arca Towers Kinshicho. The hotel is conveniently located, 8 minutes on train to the JR Tokyo Station, a 3-minute walk from the JR Kinshicho Station. Also 70 minutes by the direct airport limousine bus from Narita International Airport. The hotel has an easy access to major areas, such as, Shinjuku, Akihabara, and Ginza. Also Ryogoku is just located on the next station, where the sumo stadium, sumo stables, chanko restaurants and other sumo related sights could be found.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful; however this is the smallest room I have ever stayed in; it was pretty uncomfortablen and made our room on the cruise ship look huge. For the price, I think I would stay a little out...

The staff and location were perfect. Close to beach/Lincoln restaurant area. Only problem was noise from the hallway - the combination of no hallway carpeting, gaps in the door, and being near party areas meant that I was awake from 4 - 4:30 am...

I would stay again at this Hotel. We had an upstairs room, which I would recommend, small room, but clean, up to date, comfortable, and quite. Hotel has a great porch for people watching. Beach only 2 blocks away. Continental breakfast was ok,...

Of all the boutique Hotels in SoBe this is the best!!!! The room was imacculate. The bedding was like sleeping on a cloud, pure quality. Housekeeping came everyday. The hotel is within walking distance of everythng. The receptionist, very friendly...

Dont expect a huge room, its very small; but, enough for our trip! The water pressure was bad, hopefully they get that fixed. Otherwise, the hotel was great, in the middle of everything. Great location. I will go back on my next trip to SoBe.
