For the second year in a row, upon arrival we have been set up in the wrong room and not finding out until we have settled in. The inconvenience of having to unpack, and pack up to move to another room is not only frustrating but incredibly inconvenient. We stay for 7 days due to the little league world series and pay a hefty fee for nothing more than towel replacement in the condos. Screens fall out of the windows, they have fans that fall apart or are not clean etc. Their resolve to the inconveniences caused is based on the next years stay, and based on what they feel is right, not the customers view point. This has caused them to lose not only our family from staying again next year, but 4 other families as well. $13,000 loss simply for not listening or taking care of a situation they had full accountability for. I say poor management decision!

I loved the condo and the amenities. The staff was great and very accommodating. The maid service was a little off. They didn't come everyother day like promised. We had to call a few times for towels and garbage pick-up.

Liked that our condo had a stackable washer/dryer. This was very helpful with having baseball tournaments and having to wash/dry baseball uniforms for next game. Guest service personnel were very helpful!!

Didn't like the fact that the condo had dirty carpet and bathrooms weren't very clean. I was thankful that I had bleach to clean the bathrooms prior to using. Also, didn't like the fact that condo was to be able to sleep 6 but the 2 bedroom condo only had 2 beds and no sofa sleeper as it stated in the reviews.

I loved the set up of the condo unit, the pool, the accessibility of using the patio and clubhouse for our nightly dinners.

I did not love the fact that a lot of overflowing trash cans sat unemptied 2 nights in a row and that there was a bear sighting at some the trash cans. I also did not like that that there was a thin layer of dust on top of the dressers and TV console in our rooms.

Overall, we had a lovely visit and would return again.

Condo was well equiped however a bit outdated. Bathrooms particularly the showers were not clean and the carpets throughout were very dirty. Pool, hot tubs, barbeque and indoor gathering areas were great. Pool is located in center of complex and the noise carries. Some residents complained about the noise however really it was just children playing and being kids. This was a bit irritating since they were just having fun. The staff were excellent and very accomodating.

Our room was in a perfect location within the complex. Our condo wasn't as updated as the others which was a little disappointing considering we paid the same amount; however, it suited our needs perfectly. Plenty of blankets and pillows. Everyone at the front desk was wonderful and helpful!

Trash should be picked up later than 5 p.m. as we saw a bear eating the trash by the grills at 1 a.m. Maybe 9 p.m.?

Would definitely stay here again!
