I reserved three months in advance with a credit card. I arrived clearly on time, yet my room was given to another party by the same last name moments before I arrived to check in. I was given a poolside room to compensate, but I was still annoyed. We were staying during a major event, what if there had been no rooms left? I’m staying there again this year, hopefully will not be any more problems.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel which included a buffet breakfast at the Red Lion Hotel on Idaho Street in Elko. The breakfast buffet was great.
I was greeted in a very friendly manner. Tea and coffee was offered with a newspaper and a complimentary buffet breakfast every morning. My stay was great!
