Excellent staff and very accommodating.Needs to be remodeled which they're in the process of doing. The hotel staff was great and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting York, PA especially with its historical distinction.
Beautiful upstairs corner room, bright and cheery.Parking is sometimes difficult. Have stayed here before and it's always consistent, charming and I recommend it to others often.

The staff was really friendly, no problem to change rooms or to check out late. The rooms were huge.It's right downtown in a bad neighborhood. There are a lot of street noises at night. The room smelled old and moldy. I really wouldn't recommend...
