The Wort Hotel has two tremendous assets - location and the Silver Dollar Bar. I've stayed here multiple times for business and the rooms are nice, very rustic cabin in design which makes you feel very "jackson". Location, you are within a block o

It was very clean. It was very overpriced. While the room was pretty pricey, it was very clean and the hotel staff was very nice. However, we will probably not stay here again.

The best thing about the Wort is the location, which is smack dab in the middle of town.
The price can be a little on the high side compared to other hotels in the region and the parking is not very convenient (especially when it's really cold). The hotel is clean and well maintained, although the heater in our unit had two settings, full blast and off, and the restaurants inside are worth a visit.
The staff is friendly and responsive. The bed, linens, and comforter were high quality and very comfortable. The shower head was a bit low for someone taller than 6 feet and the TV was a little small given its distance from the bed. I've now stayed at the Wort twice and I would definitely stay there again.
