The view from my room was beautiful... that's about the only good thing I have to say. It wasn't really a bad experience, but I wouldn't stay there again. I received a package delivered by courier and was CHARGED for this service!??? There were no microwaves available for my room and the refrigerator I had didn't work right and looked 20 years old. You had to pay to use the business center computer - in 15 minute increments - and you had to pay for internet access. The food was priced ridiculously expensive, so I never even tried it to find out if it was worth it. I thought for the high price per night we paid, that the other charges were excessive. One other thing, the maid service made the bed so sloppy I thought a five year old did it. That really ticked me off too! Definitely not happy there and would never stay again nor recommend it.

For the price of this hotel I was not impressed in the rooms as they are on the samller side. They have small drawers to put away clothes. They charge $10 a day extra for in-room internet, they do have wi-fi in lobby but its not very private. They charge $8 for 15 minutes to use the business section so if you want to check flight schedules or e-mail be quick. The pool is small, but they do have a nice area outside with the hot tub and tables.

Excellent
Beautiful hotel away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but close enough if you want to have dinner or catch a show downtown. The beds are extremely comforatable! Good restaurants and walking areas around the hotel. We had a GREAT relaxing...

Its a great hotel, great service, great food, and a perfect location for the trip. The alarm clock in the room was incomprehensible, though.
The staff at the front desk was very cordial and helpful. They gave me free valet parking the first night because I arrived late, offered free use of their computer terminal to do online check-in for my return flight, and was generally gracious.
I am very likely
to return to the The Westin Westminster.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.
