They have a stunning lobby. Their female concierge is tremendously helpful and knowledgeable. Also very pretty, doesn't hurt. My group worked with her all week. She arranged massages, stretch limos, checked us in for our flights and printed boarding passes. She was the most professional hotel employee I have ever encountered.

The staff was really very nice and helpful. They really made you feel like you were their guest. The hotel is a nice hotel, but I was very upset I had to sit in the lobby for Internet. The conference facilities were very nice and the meeting rooms and food were good.
