Nothing!They were renovating, so it was a nightmare.“They were renovating so everything was up side down! Only one elevator worked and you had to wait 10-15 minutes to get on. There was banging from construction, no one was helpful, and we did not...
Location and views are beautiful. Newly decorated rooms are terrific. Your elevators will force travelers to go to the Marriott & Embassy Suites. Waiting for the elevator for 10-15 min. or getting stuck in an elevator, which will not move, does not help the visitor stay calm and relaxed. Please spend some money on the elevators to keep your visitors coming back.

The room was immaculate. The bed was amazing. The room was clean, well appointed, with great accoutrements. The room service was fast, friendly and they contacted me twice to confirm my order and let me know it was on the way up. The front desk staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. This great experience has led me to recommend the hotel to friends.
For the price I paid, the room and the food service were top notch. The bed was the most comfortable that I have slept on in my entire life. I have stayed in many hotels and this one night at the Westin hotel I will remember for many years to come.
