Wonderful rooms and location is awesome!$24.00 per day for valet parking Great hotel. Went for Thanksgiving. Got my parents a room as well. Everyone enjoyed it immensely. Very clean and comfortable.

Excellent, responsive staff.Room carpet in very bad shape. A nice hotel in a great location. I think it is business oriented, but was ok for my family. There is a walkway to the south coast plaza which was great for the kids. The staff was excellent....

Nice hotel.Parking charge is outrageous. For same money I could get a better hotel myself. Hotel was nice. Charge for parking is not acceptable for that neighborhood! I could definitely get a same room of same quality, cheaper in that neighborhood.
