I stayed at this hotel on business this week. Don't let the hip lobby look full you. Managers are incompetent and don't know how to say they are sorry after inconveniencing guests - especially their night manager. I had to move once (at midnight)...

I had a great time at the Westin on Market Street. The hotel employees were very nice, the room was large for a brand new hotel and the room service was fast and efficient.
