Situated with easy access to the San Francisco Airport, this hotel caters well for all travellers. The rooms are clean and comfortable although the furnishings are perhaps not up to the standard of other Westin Hotels. There's a Park-and-Fly package if traveling abroad and the hotel offers a five-minute shuttle ride from the airport. The High Speed Internet Access in all rooms is quite pricey so it's better to make use of the free Wifi in the lobby, if you can. There's a nice indoor pool and a decent hotel restaurant - although the food is expensive here, without good reason and there are only fast food places in the vicinity of the hotel. The hotel also serves apéritifs at the Lobby Lounge and The Bar. The staff are helpful and friendly. All in all, a convenient place to stay for the hotel if you're not too fussy.

Although if there had been other restaurants around we would have eaten in those because of the $$$$ of entrees in your restaurant, we did eat dinner and it was absolutely wonderful. Had skirt steak. However, it would have been better to have a more varied $$ menu as I am sure it runs some off. The AC/heat filter in room probably had not been changed in years as it was so full and therefore the cooling was not what it should have been. With all the "green" things you are doing that filter should be changed regularly for efficiency in electricity. Bed comfortable. Like the puffy and flatter pillows so guests have a choice. Folder with info on hotel was empty and when they brought info pamphlet and other items the info pamphlet was stained with coffee.

Very very expensive, almost no amenities, and you are right on the landing strip of the airport-- you will hear the planes night and day. Service is poor, rooms are tiny and dirty. Do Not Stay Here!

Upon entering, lobby was cluttered with tables and trash. Ordered room service . $23 for a cheeseburger and fries. The advertised "spa shower" is just a special shower head on a regular bathtub. Room was small but mini-bar is a nice feature and the bed and furniture are high quality. Room lacked info about the hotel such as amenities, maps, check-out time , etc.. No answer from front desk after several calls, but they did call me back after seeing missed calls? No view from my room --- just a rooftop. Not too much to bring me back especially after a $500 bill for 1 night.
