The location, comfort, and service were fine. I just feel it was greatly overpriced. I can and have stayed in better rooms for much less money.

The interior of the Wyndham Emerald Plaza is amazing and took my breath away when a saw it. The view from the glass elevators of the lobby is amazing and so is the view of the surrounding area once you clear the top of nearby buildings.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The overall environment of the Wyndham Emerald Plaza just gave me a relaxed and enjoyable feeling. The extremely cozy furniture helped with that some too.

I enjoyed the very comfortable, nice rooms and the wireless internet access.

Great location for downtown restaurants. This hotel has a great location where you can walk to the coronado ferry, petco park, 5th Ave restaurants and minutes away from Lindberg field, the San Diego Zoo and Balboa Park. Some good views but no balconies and the pool and deck are small

The room was fine, the rental car was parked in the garage and we had an early morning flight and it took the attendant a long time to answer the phone. We didn't get our car in a timely manner. Overall, it was fine. My husband is a frequent traveler and received beer and food upon check-in. That's a treat!

Parking is way too expensive at $24/day. In Hawaii, it is only $9/day!

This hotel made me feel important: They had a person standing in the lobby whose job was to greet guests and handle issues. Also, the concierge ensured that we got on the airport shuttle.
