Service and ambience were as expected, but not as good as on my previous stay in the same hotel four years ago.

It was a very pleasant experience. All services were good.

It is just sort of shabby. It definitely needs a facelift.

The location and comfort were fantastic. I really loved the 'Heavenly Bed', too! The rotating restaurant at the top was not only a beautiful novelty, but also the food and service were top-notch. I advise others to get a good map and good advice on area restaurants from the concierge. Bring a sweater because the main hotel areas are always cold. Room service/promptness leaves much to be desired.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The Heavenly Bed in the room with all of the other 'heavenly' amenities were surprising but very welcome bonuses!

The hotel is in a great location overlooking Olympic Park. The bed was the most comfortable I had ever slept in at a hotel.

The location is great for our buying trips to the Americas Mart Apparel Show. The restaurant at the top is incredible. The rooms are clean and spacious.

Overall, my stay was very nice. I loved the Sundial, the hotel's revolving restaurant. The only thing I did not like was the long line to valet or self-park; we were in line for about 30 minutes. Being downtown, those of us trying to get into the Westin caused one lane of traffic to back up.

This hotel was a nice place. But they charged more for parking even, but I had no car!

The hotel was excellent and the location was great, especially for the Peach Bowl Game at the Georgia Dome. My only issue was that cellular services was horrible -- close to useless. I could not get a connection (Cingular). But I probably will not stay there again, because Westin hotels are going non-smoking.

I loved the design of the building, especially the lobby. I had to wait a very long time for the elevator once or twice.

It was great that they accommodated me at the last minute (especially since there was a convention going on) after staying one night at a horrible Howard Johnson's that my employer booked.

Westin Peachtree Plaza is clean and the employees are friendly.
