The pool was out of services and we were not aware of this until we were in our swim wear and downstairs. Plus the complementary water in our room had previously been used and a new one was never put there in it's place. The room was extremely dusty and smelled a bit strange. For a 4 stars hotel this place definitely did not hold up. The positives were that the staff seemed like they cared and they changed our room immediatley. I will never stay here again. I rather pay a little more and stay at the 5 star Langham in Pasadena.

The great service. The fact that they charged $7 for a local call. This hotel was excellent as far as service, location and great vibe. My only complaint is that they charged me $7 for a local call. That was shocking.

Very friendly staff. Nice hotel and rooms.I did not know in advance there was a charge for internet service and valet parking. The hotel was certainly worth the amount. I just like to know all the extra charges before I make my decision.
