It's a great hotel chain. The service is top quality and the rooms are wonderful. I had the most comfortable bed I've ever had in a hotel.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: The pool area was great. The lawn chairs were really comfortable and each lawn chair set had a really nice table with an umbrella. I loved the bar by the pool and the frozen drinks. The waterfall was really relaxing to listen to, also.

It was an expensive but an extremely nice hotel. The food was wonderful, and the staff was the nicest I've ever encountered. When I had a problem, they fixed it very quickly.
This hotel made me feel respected: The staff was very formal in all my interactions with them, no matter what your age was.
