Highly recommend - had our newborn - they offered us so much and more to help with that. Room service food was good. Staff were just excellent - really going out of their way with things even we didn't think of! Room was huge and fab.

Good
The hotel staff was very helpful. I had to have a dress hemmed and they found a vendor to complete the very same day. My only comment is that the pool was out one of the days we were there and my daughter was looking forward to swimming. All in...

Okay
Room and rate were great except for significant deferred maintenance in the bathroom -- blackened moldy grout and a broken sink inexpertly repaired.
But in this day and age I'm put off when a nice hotel tries to hit me up for an extra charge for...

This was a great place to stay with great accommodations for a church musicians conference. We were well treated and any accommodations that were requested were quickly fulfilled.
The staff was helpful, the airport transfers were easy to find and all the requests were cheerfully fulfilled!
I am very likely
to return to the The Westin O'Hare.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

The room was very comfortable and nice, but I did not stay long enough to get any other impressions.
I was paying a discounted price for the hotel room, since I had had problems with my flight, and they treated me, and the other guests in the same situation, the same as they would treat any other full paying guest.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the The Westin O'Hare.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It is very clean and comfortable. The heavenly beds are the best! You will sleep better than ever. The location is convenient, in walking distance to the train station, but a twenty five dollar or more cab ride to get to downtown Chicago. They have great meeting facilities and food.
The bedding in the rooms is amazing and the bathroom amenities are great. The smell of the lotion and the shampoo is so relaxing. You feel like you are at a spa.
I am very likely
to return to the The Westin O'Hare.
