The room was not clean, and the cleaning staff was not reliable. On the first day, the room was cleaned at 4 PM. On the second day, they were banging at my door at 9 AM.
The place was elegant, the reception area and view were exceptional. They made me feel important.

The employees there were very attentive to any of our needs, even when we didn't have any! They also placed a phone call to our room shortly before delivering our breakfast meal instead of just showing up and possibly catching us at a bad time.
