51 year old female with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Our company recently held a weekend seminar at the Westin Mission Hills and booked 20+ rooms for our guests. What a mistake! There were errors in rooming requests, broken items in rooms, lighting problems in meeting areas, food ordered but not received, among many other things. Although complaints were made to management, very little was done to repair the damage done. The customer service was horrendous. Stay away!
