Charges a resort fee, gym terrible. The room is fine. I would not call this hotel a resort, but more a very nice 4 star hotel. Not as nice as other Westin hotels. We were able to get the fee waived since we were only staying one night.
The staff is friendly & helpful.

The beds and linens are awesome.Housekeeping very inconsistent. The rooms are spacious. Loved the beds and linens. Housekeeping very inconsistent and they threw away a pair of earrings located in a cup. No elevator for second floor.

Room was very clean and updated.Pool was dirty (merky water) and was closed to private party. Hotel room and temperatures were great; pool wasn't great as I didn't get to get in it for the 4 days I stayed.
