Good
Nice rooms, spa was comfortable. Pool is below average for a Westin. Close to the casino. Not a hotel in the normal sense, each building is a set of 5 room villas. Worst part about this was NO elevator to the second floor. Pack light.

The facilities were very nice. We stayed in the Villa's, we enjoyed cooking our own food (I'm on special diet and needed to prepare my own Organic food, so the kitchen was wonderful).

45 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for leisure
From the front desk staff to the concierge to the servers in the restaurant, the staff attitude was among the worst I've ever experienced.
Employees would lie, promise things they couldn't deliver on, and fail to take responsibility. They make no effort to show they care about your having a good stay.
For $350 a night, there are far better resorts to stay at. I won't ever come back.
