We paid extra for the romance package and then we were given a hard time when we tried to use our coupons with room service. We also had to call down and remind them to serve our strawberries and champagne at check in.

The Westin on Michigan Avenue was lovely. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and the hotel was located convenient to many of the things we were in Chicago to do. My parents selected and paid for the hotel in conjunction with a family trip. They purchased three rooms.
I enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel. The staff was all friendly and we had a nice time.

The room was fine but the bathroom was not clean on a daily basic. There was no place in the area to eat and you had to go all the way downtown just to find a place to eat other than the hotel. The food at the restaurant in the hotel was just too high priced! Other than that, the hotel was nice and the service was good.

Good hotel with great location on N. Michigan Ave. Small room and bath. Tiny closet. Great king-size bed. The Westin Heavenly beds truly are as titled. Professional and helpful staff. Decent food at hotel. Right across the street from John Hancock Center.
I was very unhappy with the price of the parking. TOOOO Pricey. I won't go back for that reason alone. I stayed at the Palmer House Hilton and thought 20.00 was alot but to pay 41.00 for parking is CRAZY.
pros: Ideal location, amazing heavenly beds! This is a beautiful hotel with comfortable rooms and wonderful lake views (facing north). Great service and the heavenly beds are amazing! Will stay here again.
