this was my 2nd stay at the westen stayed 10 days with my wife and kids , room cleanining was rushed, thay only changed the sheats twice, my wife complaned to the mananager and he apolgigezed more about the maids than to us .the food menu was limied ,all drniks and food way oyer $$$$ ,the hotel starting to show ware, when i valet parked my car i tiped 5.00 each time,at check out they tryed to charge me$ ,no signs or any where was it listed about a gharge, and we told the dest ,and 15.00 aday was on or bill we went to the counter and said we where not told or any info about tis charge,the desk clerck said he would tallk mananger ,the manager i guess was to lazy to come out ,but the car parkinging was removed ,tis hotel gives you acold resoponce after they have yor $$$$ we spent well over 6000.00whiile at tis hotel,you think with hard times they would make you feel like a gest and not have to stress and make sure you have to look over your bill ,this was a+hotel in 2006,and they wounder why it was ony 85%full at times ,also no heat to thpools tis time .i heard alot complants about what i just stated while there ,the employees at pool side where awsome and nice
Maui is amazing, and this hotel is pretty fantastico as well. It's big, has a nice beach, beautiful pool area, and the drinks are icy and fruity. Would recommend to others for sure.
