I felt the hotel facilities were fantastic overall without getting too anal about detail finish work in the rooms. The staff provided outstanding service which made life very convenient while managing 2 kids. What was really convenient was the location to everything, next door to Whaler's Village, a 10 minute drive to Lahaina, and close to many of the golf courses. We stayed & loved the Hyatt while on our honeymoon but this may have trumped it considering the overall package. I agree that the saving of poolside chairs added some stress to our stay. Luckily we met some great people who often times watched our for us.
