Fabulous, overall! would go again.

This hotel made me feel important: The westin treated me, the middle class consumer, with the utmost respect. They have a beautiful facility - the only thing I would have prefered is an ocean view room, but do not choose it do to pricing.

Felt we were only valued customers if interested in the time share pitch.

The elevators in one of the towers stopped functioning twice during the week. The cause? someone was smoking on a non-smoking floor, which set off the alarms and shut down the elevators. Of the staff realized it.

This hotel made me feel pampered: Including robes, slippers, water, excellent bedding, lai greeting.

This hotel made me feel secure: There were never any people around that did not belong. The front desk and other workers I saw on a regular basis and felt that they knew who belonged there.

Very expensive and not always worth it.

Overall, found it to be a very pleasant experience. It was only my second time staying in a westin (when travel stateside usually stay with friends). I would go back to the westin maui anytime.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: The service from the employees was exemplary. Anything you required was not a problem. The rooms were extremely comfortable as were the outside areas (poolside,etc. ) particularly enjoyed the fact that there was a pool area designated for a more adult c.
