Very comfortable room and quiet in spite of being in proximity of LAX.Snack bar (pressure plate activated) automatically charging 9.09 for 4 oz jar of nuts. Perfect location for LA business travelers. Spectacular and spacious multi-leveled lobby...

Convenient.Need to change the carpets. Looked old and dirty. Parking garage felt safe and system of leaving and entering was quick and efficient. However, the price of parking was excessive.

Concierge and check in staff was friendly and very helpful.Rooms and furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. Good airport hotel with great staff and quick, convenient transfers to and from LAX.

The restaurant was excellent.The room was shabby. Smelled of smoke. The lobby was impersonal, large and cavernous. The staff was efficient but disinterested. Bored. The room was on the level of Motel-6. The restaurant was friendly and excellent.

Location and amenities.Parking fees. Seems exorbitant. Enjoyed our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Took advantage of the pool and exercise room which were nice amenities. Only negative was the parking fees. Felt like I was in NYC.

Staff was very friendly.Self parking was $17 a day which was more than I expected. It was a nice hotel and the staff was friendly. Housekeeping had not been by my room one day when I returned at 5 pm and I contacted the front desk prior to going out ...
