I had expected a complimentary breakfast, but their wasn't one. Most of the staff was helpful, but a few weren't as polite as I would expect in a high rated hotel. The beds were excellent.

Excellent
Excellent location and service at the hotel was excellent. They allowed a very early check in for me and gave me access to Star wood Lounge to utilize computer and printer capabilities.
