Okay
Great location.Terrible check-in and bell staff. Great location, although check-in staff was not very friendly or accomodating. Also, bellman left our cart of luggage unattended in the center of the busy lobby without even letting us know.

The service was excellent from the front desk to the baggage handlers. The only disappointment was that the internet access was not free and the TV reception was not good.
Every employee made an effort to greet me or ask how my day went. That was something that I did not expect from a hotel service.
I am somewhat likely
to return to the The Westin Long Beach.
I might recommend it to friends.

The service at the Westin was what you would expect from an upscale hotel. The room was spacious, the bed extremely comfortable, and room service prompt. The hotel restaurant was top-notch and the food was incredible.
The bedding they use is very nice. The room service is very responsive and the food is fresh. The staff is informed and helpful.
