29 year old male with a luxury budget, traveling for business
Everything about the hotel was typical Westin, absolutely wonderful, with the beautiful grand entry way, the great food, the very comfortable bed and the free piano concert. Except, we did not appreciate the lack of service from the assistant manager at the desk. Our plane was delayed, so we arrived around half past nine o'clock in the evening. We were presenting at a large conference the next morning and we needed to set up. When we asked the assistant manager if our materials had arrived, he did not even try to locate them. He told us the mailroom was closed, and that we had have to wait until morning. The next morning we discovered the packages were not in the mailroom, but in a storage room that he could have easily entered, had he made any attempt to locate our stuff. We got up early, but since no one was available to help us locate our stuff, we did not have time to finish setting up before our presentation.
