The Westin Indianapolis hotel was superb. The only lacking part was our dinner at Shula's (in the hotel). It was surprisingly sub-par; the service was slow; and the price definitely was not worth it.

I am very likely to return to the The Westin Indianapolis.

The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in at a hotel.

The bathrooms could have been heavenly, but they were so tiny and the bathtub had stains all over. The showerhead was nice, as was the shower curtain but there wasn't anything luxurious about the bathrooms.

They did not have the correct reservation information and as a consequence, I and a male colleague had only one bed and a pull-out to share.
