The area of town was dirty and the neighborhood difficult to navigate due to construction.

I enjoyed the hotel, yet anything in my room was simply overpriced.

This hotel made me feel practical: Everything was set up with a great room layout and for ease of movement.

It was close to the convention center and other such venues.

The staff and my room were excellent. The bed was very comfortable as were room amenities. The restaurant was pricey but food was worth the expense.

This hotel made me feel respected: The front desk staff and restaurant staff were quite good.

The Westin Hotels were quality hotels and this was no exception. I had a good stay.

My room was very nice. The hotel was very accommodating in getting us in the room early.

I enjoyed the flowers and candlelight in the lobby area. I thought the prices in onsite store were extremely high. I do not appreciate the price gouging. I liked the sticky notes by the elevator telephones. I would have liked to have them in my guest room.

It was a nice, comfortable hotel experience. They have a wonderful, friendly staff, always smiling, but not in that overly fake way. The hotel has a nice layout, too, and it has easy access to convention center.

This hotel made me feel important: All of the staff recognized me and started greeting me by name after only one or two meetings.

I liked the price (conference negotiated). I like the accommodations and the staff. The restaurant was too expensive for us. Service was excellent.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Indy. It had an extremely comfortable room and surroundings. I would loved to have stayed longer but the price hindered this.

It was lovely. I really enjoyed the bed and the layout of the room. The bathrobes were too small, though.

The location was a bit difficult to find because the hotel is a little off of Capitol. We drove around for a little bit trying to find it and finally saw the sign. The hotel was quite nice, however, and the front desk associate went out of her way to make sure that my reservation was fulfilled accurately despite our very late check-in. I advise others to watch out for days when there are football games or other events, though. It took us about an hour to get out of the downtown area when we tried to leave on Sunday.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It had a nice shower and bed. I was playing a tennis tournament and a hot shower and a good night's sleep were key, especially after eight hours on the court.

I travel to Indy three times a year. The Westin is always predictable in quality. I will come again.

I liked the Heavenly Bed!

The beds were terrific, and even though we were in a city; the noise level was quiet. The parking was difficult and the garage didn't have security, so I felt uncomfortable walking by myself in the garage. I definitely would not stay there by myself because of the garage being scary to walk through as a woman.

The 'Heavenly Beds' are wonderful, but the rooms need some upgrades - they're starting to become worn.
