The hotel had comfortable, quiet accommodations. The location was very convenient. I liked the outstanding concierge and room services.

This hotel made me feel extravagent: The accommodations were very modern and luxurious. The room service was particularly delicious and I liked the coffee that was provided in the room.

I am very likely to return to the The Westin Horton Plaza.
I would definitely recommend it to friends.

It was a great stay but the room was not worth the regular room rates. The hotel had a very polite and helpful staff.

This hotel made me feel welcome: The staff immediately greeted us and checked us in with no wait.

I am somewhat likely to return to the The Westin Horton Plaza.
I might recommend it to friends.

The location was good. It was close to many of the areas we wanted to visit. It was also easily accessible to mass transit.

It is a great location near shops and restaurants. The hotel has a friendly, helpful staff and excellent room service. My kids were treated very well by the staff, too.

This hotel made me feel welcome: We felt welcome and very well taken care of.
