The Westin Great Southern Columbus Hotel

The entire basin of the bathroom sink had multiple large cracks in the ceramic. The bed covering, the linens, the bed skirt were wrinkled. The bed was not comfortable. The room was very small and cramped.

We had a wonderful stay. I like the fact that it is an old building but with modern facilities. It was quiet and the room was comfortable. The bedding was warm and wonderful to sleep in. We ate at their restaurant and the server was courteous and very helpful. The food was delightful. Checking in and checking out were a breeze and the people there were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay there again!

This hotel made me feel excited: We stayed there for Valentines Day and our twentieth anniversary, so the evening was exciting for us.

The reservation was messed up and there were three room changes in five days.

It is a very nice hotel, but it lacks a pool. I probably should have gotten a better room since I am a preferred star gold member. Our room had no view, only of the inner part of the hotel.

It was a wonderful weekend and a beautiful place to stay. The location was great and the wedding reception was wonderful. It was a bit pricy for our liking.

This hotel made me feel relaxed: It was very quiet for a hotel in a large downtown city.
