We love this hotel cause it's so close to the Galleria. If it wasnt we wouldnt stay here because the hotel itself is a little pricey for the rooms. But they are nice...just a tad pricey. The convenience of the huge mall is what you're paying for....

I always enjoy staying at the Westin Resorts. They have the most comfortable beds I have ever stayed in at a motel or hotel. It is a first class place to stay.
They staff treat everyone as if they are very special. I love the extras they have in the rooms, for example, the robes.

It was convenient to our meetings and relatively easy to get to. Getting to it via the shuttle can take some time due to stops at other hotels. It took us nearly an hour. It is not close to other eating places, but the city train is convenient.

Parking is hard to find at the Galleria unless you use valet parking. The Galleria Westin hotel is connected directly to the Galleria shopping center with a lot of great stores!
