It was great. This hotel is in the perfect location, and Westin guests get discounts at several Galleria stores. They had comfy beds and bedding, and I love the extra room in the shower and complimentary bottles of water.

This hotel made me feel entertained: We dined in their restaurant and had drinks in their bar. Plus, we were on the concierge level, so there were books and other free stuff for us.

This hotel made me feel comfortable: They have excellent mattresses for their beds, as well as extra blankets and pillows. Big cotton towels are also available. There is a good supply of connecting rooms.

It was not convenient to use the gym. I understand they will be building a facility; however, it was inconvenient. Their bar facilities are horrible. They have an inadequate selection of wine, the staff is incompetent, and the food is maybe average.
