The Westin Galleria Hotel

Entering Hallways were very humid seemed to be no ventilation. Upon entering room would expect it to be at least somewhat a comfortable temp. it was very humid as well. set a/c as low as it would go on 60 degrees. it cooled off somewhat but only became decently comfortable after midnight then in the mornings became very humid once again. Stayed for 2 nights not sure if i would stay again.

It was the best hotel i ever been to. the bed was great and it is right by the mall

The Westin Galleria is a perfect location for someone who wants a convenient location to the mall. The mall is great, a good variety of stores, including a lot of high end stores. It's very nice for shopping, at your doorstep. There are a lot of great restaurants as well.

I've stayed there three or four times and would stay again. If your purpose is shopping and eating, it is all right there.

As with all Westin hotels, the Westin Galleria is a wonderful place to stay in Houston. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms as large and very clean.

What stands out for me (at any Westin) are the beds are just the most comfortable beds and the pillows (I have actually bought one). The baths have the signature double shower head and curved shower bar (yup bought one of these too after a stay at a Westin).

Overall, it's a great place to stay and being in the Galleria is just a bonus.

The staff was friendly and helpful, at times anticipating my needs. That was impressive.
