The hotel was very nice. The front desk clerk was exceptionally helpful, professional and impressive. The hotel had lovely grounds. It took a bit too long to locate my car from the valet, but really, that's a minor complaint. I would recommend this

The air conditioner was not working properly and the room was way too hot the entire time we were there no matter what we did. The bed wasn't as comfortable as most of the Westin Heavenly beds we have stayed in before.
